Role capabilities

Hi,
I’m using wp job manager with a set of extensions suggested by guys from Pixelgrade with their theme LISTABLE.

The issue I’m facing is that using the pluging CAPABILITY MANAGER ENHANCED I’m not able to uncheck the rights for the LISTING CATEGORIES. I want for a certain role that LISTING CATEGORIES can only be assigned and not edited or created.

Anyone is aware of some issue for roles capabilities?
