• I checked all of the permissions about page editing for the role ‘Shop manager’. My site is used WPBakery Builder.

When the user with ‘Shop manager’ role entered the Page section, WPBakery Builder can’t be displayed correctly. It showed the shortcodes like [vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text el_class=”titrePhotoVideo”].

I tried to change the multiple roles for the use to ‘editor’ + ‘Order manager’, it did work finally. I don’t know the reason.
Editor has the same configuration with Shop manager about the page’s editing permission:

    delete_others_pages
     delete_pages
     delete_private_pages
     delete_published_pages
     edit_others_pages
     edit_pages
     edit_private_pages
     edit_published_pages
     publish_pages
     read_private_pages

Order manager has only one option as read_private_pages.

Did you look at the WPBakery own “Role Manager” 1st, to allow your role use WPBakery?

In WPBakery, I checked ‘Page’ in the section of post type for Shop manager. Other selections are ‘enable’ or ‘All'(HTML, Elements).

    1. The user with Editor + Shop manager: The WPBakery builder can’t be displayed correctly.
    2. The user with Editor + Order manager: The WPBakery builder can be displayed correctly. But most of functions of WooCommerce can’t be used. Because I replace shop-manager with order-manager.
    3. I created a new role, where all of the options of Editor and of Shop manager are checked. Finally it did work. The WPB was displayed correctly. The user can manager the WooCommerce shop also.

Is it the issue about principle of least privilege?

Can you check the 1st variant ‘Editor + Shop Manager’ roles with deactivated WooCommerce? I suppose that WC load especially for ‘Shop Manager’ some additional libraries or executes scripts which may conflict with WPBakery.
