Rockwell theme question

Hi

I’m using the rockwell theme for my website and i wanted to make a change to it which i can’t figure out. Underneath the slider is blank at the moment, usually i can add category widgets there. What i want to do is under the slider add one big page full of information, similar to a blog post i guess.

Is this already part of the theme, or does anyone know a widget or plugin i can download to add this to my site? or does it require coding?
