• The custom robots.txt file I have keeps getting deleted and a “robots_backup_datestamp.txt” is generated in its place. Because of this, I lose everything I have customized and the one the plugin generates is an old version (I assume stored in the database from first install?). I’m thinking this happens when I update the plugin. Is there a fix for this? Some setting I’m missing? It’s frustrating especially because I have allowed ahrefs to crawl the site, but it keeps getting blocked when my custom robots.txt file is deleted. While I AM a dev, and could use the custom code you have in your documentation to change filters of bots, I thought SEOFramework would just honor the robots.txt file on the server since it definitely sees it is there.
