I think it’s best to use Google Search Console to test for the indexability of pages.
Especially with the recently introduced robots directives, we can’t expect non-critical third-party tools, such as Seobility, to be an accurate analog of what search engines interpret. Recently, this was painfully proven by us via Google Search, as even they’ve shown to misinterpret these attributes they introduced.
