Risks

Hi, I just wanted to know the risks of using better search replace to update from http to https? When using the dry-run, does that give you a clue if something bad can happen?
I have a backup of the database but when I did a dry run using better search replace it said 84 tables were searched, and 702 cells were found that need to be updated.
The website works fine, there is the ssl padlock, but my only problem is that when accessing the website via the facebook app and browser, some image links are broken.
I’m torn between leaving the website as it is or making changes to the database for the website to be fully functional.Also, if something does go wrong and the database gets damaged, what should be the 1st step I should take to fix it?
I would gladly appreciate some advice as I dont know what to do at the moment!
