Right sidebar positioning on mobile/resize

    Hey there, loving the theme. Just hammering a few kinks out as I customize it.

    On several of my pages, I have a menu on the right sidebar that would make sense moving to the top of the page when the window becomes too narrow rather than the bottom, which is where they move now.

    Essentially, I am doing the same thing as in this post, but on the right rather than the left: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/flawed-left-sidebar-placement-on-small-media-screens?replies=3

    I tried using the method described there by changing various combinations of “InsertBefore(e)” and “InsertBefore(f)” but to no avail. Any thoughts?
