Rich Editor is always displayed

    Rich Editor is always displayed. But I want to display the Text Editor.
    This happens even with the default settings.
    WP version 7.0.3
    wpForo Version 3.1.4
    Tested with several themes
    Same behavior for local and online installations

    What can I do?
