Revue plugin issues

Hello. My first post to the forum.

I’m a new developer, so perhaps my question is not a real question. I used the Revue plugin newsletter subscription form on a WP page, using the shortcode, but it doesn’t seemed to be working.

Any idea what the problem is? I’m using WP 5.2.2.

If not, what alternative do I have?
