Reviews only through email

Hi,

this plugin seems to be great for my site. I am still trying to figure out how to make it work for my needs.
I want customers only be able to make reviews through email.
Therefore:
1) How can I disable/hide Leave a review section on products page? Any code for functions.php?
2) Can i hide the entire review section on a specific products page if there is 0 reviews for that product?
3) My site has 4 languages created with WPML… How to make reminder emails and review for discount emails multilingual? Using WPML string translation? I want customers to receive a German email when they order a product in German language for example.
4) When I enable display of histogram table the review section shows up as translated, when disabled it shows up in English for all languages. How to change that?
