• Hi,

I’d like to know what to do to make the “Review” option appear in an post or page.

Currently the options that appear to me are the following: product, place, recipe and blogposting

I want it to appear in a page entry as follows:

    [STARTS]
Entry name reviewed by Author on January 2, 2016 rated 4.5 of 5

    Regards.

Hello yatamas, thank you for using Yasr!

    Best,

    Hi @dudo,

What I mean is that on the post where I use the plugin, the review stars appear, but it does not appear “Name of post reviewed by MrGiffer on January 2, 2015 rated 4.5 of 5” down on the page, because there’s no “review” option on plugin config page. It appears product, place, recipe and blogposting options, but no the “review” one.

That will cause that on google serp the stars won’t be shown.
Thanks in advance for your help.

All of them are reviews: please read here https://yetanotherstarsrating.com/yasr-rich-snippets/

    Hi @dudo,

I already have it configured as “Review Rating”. “Name of post reviewed by MrGiffer on January 2, 2015 rated 4.5 of 5” only the stars are displayed.

If you access the structured data Google tool I appear as a “product” and not as “review” which is not correct.

In the edition of the message I can’t choose “review”, only the following: product, place, recipe and blogposting.

What do I have to do to show the stars the way I explained? I have looked at all the configuration of the plugin and I can’t find the key.

This shouldn’t appear. Old version did this. Now it use json-ld standard.

What are you reviewing? A product? A place? A Recipe?
If non of these, use the generic BlogPosting.

You can’t review a review, do you got this?

    Ah, now I understand!

In new versions to get what I explained to choose generic “BlogPosting” and then the scheme is passed through JSON 🙂

Thank you, now you have been able to configure it as you wanted.
