    Dear @koderius ,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

In our development environment, the review feature is working fine. Could you please clear your browser and website cache and check again?

If the issue persists after clearing the cache, kindly share a short video showing how you have configured all the settings, especially where you are encountering the error. This will help us understand the issue more clearly and take the necessary steps accordingly.

Looking forward to your response, and we appreciate your patience and cooperation.

    Best Regards,
    Reju

    Dear @koderius ,

I hope you are doing well & am understand your concern. I have checked your reference page. Based on the issue you’re experiencing, I recommend performing a conflict test to help identify the exact cause of the problem (please take a backup of your website before doing the below steps).

    • Switch to a default theme like Hello Elementor (ensure it is updated to the latest version, not your child theme) to check if the problem is theme-related. If the issue persists, deactivate all plugins except WP Ultimate Review, then reactivate them one by one to identify any conflicts.
    • Additionally, update your permalink settings (Guide).

Please let me know your findings after performing the conflict test. If the issue persists even after the conflict test, kindly share a short video of your dashboard’s review list, showing whether anything is being updated or not. This will help me understand the issue more clearly and take the necessary steps accordingly. Your patience and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.

    Best Regards,
    Reju
