Review approved but comment NOT

    Free version enabled.

    Quite a bit of odd things started to happen. Let’s take the easy one (?) here first.

    I have provided some reviews on my shop, just to see. Like this:
    Paul Newman on Harper

    My shop reviews are moderated. I do approve them (on Reviews section). But when I open the WordPress Comments section, the same reviews/comments awaits there NOT approved.

    It would mean a double job and can’t be. 😉 Any solution?

    Well,

    While there were [also] problems with the Finnish translation (by using the My WP Translate plugin) I gave it up. Disabled the YITH plugin and returned to the basic WooCommerce reviews. Works like a charm.

    Though, not perfect. At least one string (the first one on the WooCommerce shop page, »x Reviews») is hardcoded. This is the file and location:

    /themes/Your-Theme/woocommerce/single-product/rating.php

    So the problem was not resolved, but it disappeared. Let it be. :/

    Hi yesper,
    you should manage the reviews from the Reviews menu instead of the Comments one.
