review and rating

Hello,

I have a professional website for my pet-sitting services. The clients could add review and note for there experience with my pet-sitting services.

I would like to have a rating for each review on my website. http://anihome-24.fr/vos-avis/

I have download Gd rating system but I don’t know to see the stars under the review form. I can only see after the validation of the review. And we can note several times on each review : I don’t want that!!! I would like only one note and comment by each client.

How can I do? If you have another method do not hesitate to propose me.

Thanks
