Revert back?

Tried all off the above, no change. How do I get someone to look at this for me?

I now have three total websites running twenty seventeen with this same issue.

I was able to find the problem. I was optimizing with gt metrix the other day and adding this to my functions. It helped a lot before this update.

I remove it now an they all work great.
