Reverse Withdrawal

Hi,

It’s not for Stripe or PayPal.

It’s useful when Vendor receive whole order amount from customers. Hence they have to payback Admin Fee, reverse withdrawal keep track this payback payments.

If you are using Stripe then amount will credit into Admin’s account and Vendors will receive their commission by normal withdrawal request module.

If you are using Stripe split payment, then none these are required as payment will be automatically distributed among vendors’ and Admin’s account.

So why there is the stripe methods inside the setting page?

– This setting panel shows all activate payment methods as we not sure how Admin will going to setup their site.

I need that if a customer order something from vendor #1 and something from vendor #2 the payment will be splitted and go direct to their stripe account and don’t transit by my stripe account: it’s possible? how?

Do you have connected “Vendor Stripe Account” with system?

Show me screenshot for your Stripe setting.

Also be sure, you do not have installed any other Stripe plugin like “WooCommerce Stripe Gateway”

OK, you are using SCA.

Here amount first credit into Admin’s account hence transfer to vendor’a account using “Transfer API”..

Is transfer happening or not?

It was a problem about the check on 3d secure..

– Right, using 3D Secure only transfer charge possible.

Without this you may use “Direct Charge” option hence amount will directly credit into vendor’s account.
