Reusable Blocks Continually Changing Despite No Edits

I can’t use UAG/Spectra b/c it continually changes the reusable blocks any time I save a post/page with a reusable block. It changes reusable blocks that aren’t even on the page/post, and even if the reusable block you are using in a post doesn’t use UAG/Spectra widgets or styling.

For example: I have 3 reusable blocks, 2 that use UAG widgets and 1 that doesn’t. It I make a post using the 1 reusable block that doesn’t have UAG elements, and the rest of the post also has no elements/widgets from UAG, it still asks me to “Save” changes to the 2 reusable blocks that do use UAG elements, that are not even in the post.

Another example: Create a post, add in one reusable block. Make no edits to the reusable block. Publish the post – WordPress shows *ALL* the Reusable Blocks as being modified, even though you didn’t use ALL the reusable blocks and didn’t use all the reusable blocks you have available.

This is completely broken, and my reusable blocks keep getting screwed up in the process.
