• I deleted the slider from my front page and now I can’t figure out how to get it back. I created the slider but in the customize frontpage dropdown to select a slider, there is nothing there.

It has to be a simple fix because I’m to much of a newbie do anything but simple.

    thanks

    Hello mabiak,
so the slider is created, you can see it in the attachment’s section, but you cannot see it in Appearance -> Customize -> Content .. ->Front Page – SLIDER OPTIONS dropdown
Can you see it while editing a post or a page?

I’m not able to reproduce this 🙁

the only slider option that appears is the drop down to choose a slider and it says –NO SLIDER–

in the documentation there is a pic of the slider options and it includes a choice for full width, time delay, and height. Mine does not. am I looking in the wrong place?

I just updated to the most recent customizr version but that didn’t help either.

in the edit media page, i can see the -select a slider- and the two sliders i’ve created in the past. but in the customizr > > content > front page the options end after the drop down box for “select front page slider”

weird there should be at least the demo slider …
and of course all those other options you mentioned, that’s how the whole section should look like.

Did you tried disabling your plugins? Maybe some of them is conflicting, though dunno how…

    there is no demo either.

i guess i’ll cut my losses, uninstall, and reinstall.

I’ll check the plugins first though.

    thanks.
