    I purchased your plugin for a specific issue which it did not resolve, could not find a roll back version. I purchased it with confidence because of your 30 day money back guarantee. I have tried to contact Paid communities 4 times now and have not received a reply. I purchased the license on May 6, I am certainly within the 30 day guarantee. Is there something you can do from your end to help with this?
