return label not printing

Hello, I have installed DHL in one of our customer pages, it prints shipping label normal, but when I try to print return label it prints the identical label again (as if the checkbox wasn’t clicked), it does not take the fulfilment company address as receiver address nor does it take the customer address as sender address, it seems as if it ignores the checked checkbox for return labels printing at all. I have checked in backend, Retoure DHL has 02 inserted as Teilnahmenummer and this should be fine. Please suggest. Latest plugin version is installed, so is latest version of WooCommerce and WordPress.
