    This is a very strange issue!

    After debugging your site I have noticed that you are using Transparent Header on your Homepage and default header on other pages.

    So, basically, this can occur when someone added a logo only for the transparent header and didn’t add for the other header from the Customize > Header > Site Identity.

    I’d like to suggest you check both settings on the Transparent header and the Site Identity section. Make sure you added the retina logo on both places.
