    Hi,

    How can I add lead form on the results page? I want to collect email and phone data of the users who answer my quiz.

    Hi

    The plugin can show a lead form with name/email fields before showing results. For this open “SETTINGS” tab in quiz settings page, enable “Collect users’ data” checkbox and select “Ask user name” and/or “Ask e-mail” parameters. These values are used for integration with MailChimp/MailerLite services.

    PRO version of the plugin shows name/email on “ARI Stream Quiz -> Results” page and can export results to CSV.

    Thanks for your answer. But what about phone data? Is it possible to add manuel fields on that results page?

    Sorry, currently it is not possible. We have this feature in our TODO list.
