Restricting comments

i have 4 categories setup. I would like to make one “Testimonials” available for past clients to submit their testimonials. These posts would have to be approved by admin before appearing to everyone visiting the site.

i have sound information that addresses some restricting of comments but nothing specific to what i want to do.

appreciate any help as i am new to WordPress.
