    Hi can someone please help me or provide me with the php code to have the following custom radio buttons on my registration from please

    Tittle : Build your flavor profile

    Dessert yes / no

    Fruit yes / no

    Menthol yes /no

    Tobacco yes / no

    I also want the user to be able to list the flavors they like

    and the flavors they wish to avoid

    please do advise, much appreciated

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    Hi I did and they advised it was possible and refered me to another company, I was just wondering if someone could just provide me with the code so that i can copy and paste it
