Restrict by country not working

    Hi,

    I tested the plugin many times for showing a popup only for a specific country but it doesn’t seem to work. Is there anything else needs to be done?

    Any possibility to add support or use Cloudflare’s IP Geolocation? it’s much accurate and Free…

    Hi @ilan76.

    We tried to reproduce that issue with country restricts in popup showing options but without any luck. Hide/Show only option is working properly.

    Can you please clarify your issue in more details? – Let us know, what country do you want to Hide or Show only? Also, give us your IP address, which you have a problem with. It would be great, if you give us a screenshot with your popup Main configurations and a link to your website, where we can test it.

    Hi,

    The site is still under development.
    How did you confirm/check different countries IP’s?

    In any case due to the accuracy issues of this feature in many plugins, it would be a good option to add support for Cloudflare’s IP Geolocation which adds more accuracy and free to use.

    Hi, @ilan76.

    We tested different IP addresses from different countries using VPN.
    Also we asked to test some pages with popup few of our loyal users from different locations.
