So it means it was also deactivated I am totally messed up. I have back-up with updraft plug-ins but it was also disabled. Can I see those backup on my updraft website account?

    Hi,

You can use FTP/cPanel File Manager to restore your plugins folder.

    Thanks,

    Thank you Bryle,

That was my another problem, the website was made by somebody and we don’t have the access to cpanel or FTP. I am trying to connect in FTP with cloudflare but I think it needed the SFTP something so I can access it via FTP.

We also do not know who host our website.

    Hi,

You would only be able to access the backups through UpdraftPlus if they were in our UpdraftVault (otherwise we never keep copies of your backups)

Unfortunately, I can’t think of a way to access your plugins folder if you do not have FTP or cpanel access or do not have access to your hosting.

I am assuming that you also do not have access to SSH?
