I recently tried an image optimizer as my wife’s photography and videography website was running low on space, however, the optimizer resized all the images in all the galleries and now the appearance is very poor. I tried to restore the uploads from before this occurred, however, the restoration process stalls at uploads (4). It completes the previous processes fine but just continues to cycle and doesn’t provide any feedback as to why it’s not continuing. I have left it running overnight thinking it was just a big file due to large images, but leaving it running has not led to any progress. I would appreciate any feedback you could provide as to how I can restore the media uploads on the site to their previous version.

    Thanks,
    Cody

    Hi Cody,

To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the restoration log only?
You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your site via FTP.
Please copy the contents into an online tool (such as http://pastebin.com/ ) and paste the link here.

    Best Wishes,
    Bryle

    Hi!

Apologies if I have not got back to you.

The log appears to be a backup log.

Restoration log can be obtained via FTP/cPanel File manager. Logs are located in the “wp-content/updraft” folder. If there are many logs, please send us a copy to all of them.

    Regards,
    Bryle
