Restore Hello World

    I installed the WP Twenty10 theme and being new I deleted the Hello World page, however when I view my blog the “Home” heading still appears but there is nothing attached. I would just like to start again. I would like to go back to the default theme if possible. How do I do this You can see my problem at http://www.helenthistlethwate.com

    The Hello world is a post not a page as far as I know, just create a new post and it’ll show. If you want to create a page, just click page and add new in the admin, it’s nothing to do with the theme.
