Restore Deleted Media from Backup

    I accidentally deleted a user along with their posts/media files. I have restored their posts from the trash can but their media was permanently deleted.

    I have restored their media from a local backup to the WordPress /uploads/ folder and the images display correctly on my site. They don’t, however, show up in the media library. Is it possible to restore them there?
