    Hi Mike,

    Best thing to do is click on the “Frequently Asked Questions” link on the right of this page, then click on the “Please go here for the full FAQs” link. Scroll to the “Restoration” section, and what you are looking for is under the question “I want to restore, but either cannot, or have failed to do so from the WP Admin console”.
