Restaurant ID was not provided

    Hi I’ve added the Open Table Widget and plugged in the Restaurant code. (this is for a single restaurant that the website is for. (Eloisa Restaurant in Sante Fe, New Mexico. Website is: http://eloisarestaurant.com/ )
    The opentable widget shows up (I have it on the homepage), but when I select the date and time for the reservation, this is what I get:

    Your Request Cannot Be Completed
    Restaurant ID was not provided by http://eloisarestaurant.com/

    I’ve had it setup for about a week now, so I’m guessing if there was a propagation problem that would be resolved by now.
    Do you have any information about that you could help solve this problem?

    Hi there,

    Sorry you’re having trouble.

    I just tried accessing your restaurant through our widget for the first time and it doesn’t appear as if the restaurant is able to be found through the API as it should at all. I don’t have any trouble populating info with other restaurants at all, just with yours.

    In this case, I would contact Open Table support and see what they suggest about this. Keep us updated when you hear back from them.
