    Hello there. Had trouble with the REST API module blocking the webhook communication from a payment gateway (SIBS). Tried to create a rule but it never showed up and when I deleted it, all the rules were reset. This module seems a bit finicky still.

    Yep, it was still being developed! Thanks for the bug report. Fixed now, hopefully. Please test.
