REST API blocking error

The plugin refuses access to the following URL:
myhost.co/wp-json/wp/v2/users/ – (is .co, not .com)

1 – Regardless of whether or not I release, blocking always happens.
2 – This happens only for logged in users.
3 – For the blocking to happen you only need to open a post to edit.
3 – The “Allow API REST for logged in users” option is active.
4 – The option “Block access to the REST API of WordPress except for the following” It is active.
5 – I put the namespace (wp) as allowed and even then the locking continues
6 – The lock appears in the activity list. The alert that appears is: “Rejected REST API request”
