Hello @wlwfuture,
Thanks for your message.
How much memory do you have on the server? It’s about the memory_limit parameter in php.ini. Contact the administrator of your server in this matter. This limit should probably be increased.
Best,
Mateusz
Hi Mateusz,
I have the same issue. my memory limit is set to 256M.
And I have aprox. 880 images in libray (if that could be contributing to the problem).

@wlwfuture and @zyzio When you click the “Calculate” link just below the Access Token field in the plugin settings, does it show the number of images or not? What’s happening?
It says “Please wait” and after aprox 20 sec comes back to “Calculate”.
Is there any log I could send you?
@zyzio This is an additional confirmation for me that the memory_limit is the problem. Increase this value to 512M. Has it helped?
Unfortunately i my case hosting provider limits it to 256M. Is there a way to solve it in different way?
@zyzio Unfortunately not. You have a lot of files on your website and downloading them requires a sufficient amount of memory on the server.
Is there a chance that in new versions of your plugin you will iterate thru files in a different way with lower memory consumption?
@zyzio There is no such technical possibility. If there are many files in a directory, enough memory is needed to download them all.
Hi, I have about 30,000 images. I have 2048 RAM. Is this why it’s not working?
@wlwfuture When you click the “Calculate” link just below the Access Token field in the plugin settings, does it show the number of images or not? What’s happening?
It was calculating, I looked and it was like I didn’t press it.
Side note, who designed your site? It looks great, I need someone like that in my list of designers.
@wlwfuture This means that the memory limit on your server is too low. Please set a higher value.
I designed my website myself. Thank you very much for your words of praise. It’s very nice.
