REST API 401 response on endpoints with authorization

Hello again, I’ve been searching for a solution to my problem on the forums and also tried the solutions in the API documentation.
I’m sending the correct keys with OAuth 1.0 since the site is using HTTP as mentioned in the documentation. I can access the /wp-json/wc/v3/ endpoint correctly but both wp-json/wc/v3/orders and wp-json/wc/v3/products return me a 401 woocommerce_rest_cannot_view response.
I’ve made sure to be sending keys with the correct permissions and generated new ones in order to discard the keys being the problem.
