Responsive theme with Slider

Does anybody know of a theme that has room for a header across the top with tabs underneath the header and then a slider on the home page. I’m looking for a theme that is similar to the Options Theme that used to be in Themeforest but isn’t compatible with the newest version of WordPress. Thanks!
