They respond quickly, which is very helpful when you’re in the middle of development and run into problems or have questions.
EDITED TO ADD:
They respond quickly when they know the answer to your problem but in my most recent support request, they are responding slowly because they appear to either NOT understand the actual problem or have no actual solution.My issue is with the thumbnails generated by Gallery Master and I have explained the issue multiple times and they keep trying to blame me. Well, that might make sense if I was actually generating the thumbnails from the original images but I AM NOT. Their own plugin is generating the thumbnails and they are distorted and make my galleries look ridiculously unprofessional.
I will happily amend this review once they make an actual effort and help solve the issue that their plugin created.
