    Hello!

    My website is: http://www.stefanienatascha.com

I’ve been having problems with my theme’s original menu for the mobile version and have thus installed Responsive Menu, which has been working well for the most part.

The only problem is that the Responsive Menu is only showing on the Homepage and not on any other pages. How do I make it appear on every single page?

Another question: Currently, both my theme’s original menu and the Responsive Menu is running in the mobile site. I’ve positioned the Responsive Theme on the left of the mobile site so I could cover my theme’s original menu. Would it be possible to remove my theme’s original menu on the mobile site (and effectively just use the Responsive Menu in the mobile site) while still use it in the desktop version?

    Thank you in advance. 🙂

    Kind regards,
    Stefanie

    Hey Stefanie,

    Thanks for your support request.

In regards it not showing on the other pages can you check that the header file used throughout your theme has the wp_head() and wp_footer() calls in the header.php and footer.php files respectively.

Also, are you using the shortcode and do you have this option turned on? If so, please check that you have the shortcode on all pages.

It’s very hard to debug unfortunately without access to the site, as it could be one of a number of things.

In regards your second point, you just need to add the following to the CSS of Menu to Hide option:

    .navbar-toggle

    All the best

    Hello again!

    Thanks for your help!

I’ve managed to remove the original theme’s menu from my mobile site while still keeping the Responsive Menu.

I’ve checked the header.php and footer.php files and they both include wp_head() and wp_footer() respectively.

Sorry I’m just a beginner — how do I know if I’m using shortcodes and how do I turn them on on all pages?

    Thank you in advance.

    Kind regards,
    Stefanie

    Hey Stefanie,

If you are using the shortcodes you would already know about it so it’s unlikely it is that in this case.

I’m afraid that it could be one of many things and is almost impossible to debug here on the forum without being able to take a deeper look.

Is it possible to provide some sort of access? You can email me directly at support@responsive.menu if this is a possibility.

    All the best
