    Hi Simon,

This is due to the 460px padding you’ve added to align everything to the right.

Please go to the theme editor and set that back to 0, then scroll down to the CSS Editor area and add this (just below /** Custom styles should be added below this line **/)

    text-align: right;

    Regards,
    Tom

Tom, thank you so much for your help.

Can I ask one more question, are you supposed to be able to add the menu items to the sub menu widgets? I have tried adding them but they simply do not appear? Thanks for your help.

    Hi,

I’m not sure what you mean by adding menu items to sub menu widgets, could you describe how you’re doing that?

Do you mean you’ve added second/third level menu items to the menu itself, then enabled the mega menu on the top level menu item, but those second/third level menu items aren’t displaying in the mega menu panel?

    Regards,
    Tom

    Hi Tom,

OK let me try and explain what I have…

I have the main mega menu which is the primary navigation menu, then I have enable the mega menu, within the mega menu I have two custom menu.

Then I created the custom menus within word press, after adding the menu options I went in to the mega menu option for each of the menu items and added menu icons but they not do appear against the custom menu options. If you look at the meg menus without the icons it looks just like text.

    Thanks

    Simon

Ah, so you have 3 menu’s – one main one, and two which are used in Custom Menu widgets inside the main one. In short, that’s not going to work without some major work.

I guess the real problem here is that you can’t do it the ‘normal’ way (using second/third level menu items in the menu itself) because you can’t position those sub menu’s in the mega menu where you’d like them to be (after the widgets)? That’s a problem I need to tackle but I’m not sure how yet…
