Responsive Logo Area

I have added padding to my logo area in an attempt to make it sit more centrally on screen (probably not advised I know). The problem now is that my logo area is not acting in a responsive manner along with the rest on my site.

Can anyone advise me how to make my logo and menu nav float centrally and also act responsivley?
