    Not sure if it’s the best way to do it, but you can create a class to hide some fields.

    Or use the same class to create two different forms: one for mobile and other for bigger screens.

    Some of the better themes provide responsive styling of Contact Form 7 forms.

    If your theme doesn’t, you can write some custom CSS with Media Queries to do whatever you want.

    See Styling Contact Form – there is a link to an article I wrote at the bottom of that page, which is recommended by the CF7 plugin author (though I’m not allowed to link directly to it here), that covers this topic in detail.

    You could also try Contact Form 7 Skins (which I’m pretty sure I’m allowed to link to) which includes basic responsive styling of all CF7 forms.
