Installed the plug-in and LOVE it! Seamlessly blends into website. Only problem is that the responsive album menu does not appear to be responsive for me.

This is the code I’m using

[gallery_bank type=”grid” format=”masonry” title=”true” desc=”true” responsive=”true” albums_in_row=”3″ animation_effect=”” album_title=”true”]

NOTE: individual albums are responsive.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us!

You need to go to Gallery Bank Menu and you will find Global Settings link there.

When you go inside the Global Settings, you will find Album Cover Settings.

Inside Album cover Settings you will find Show Albums.

Then you need select Responsive option.

After that click on Update Settings button.

This will sorted out your problem.
