Resolved a long standing issue

I had an issue where some pages weren’t being indexed according to GSC marking them as no follow pages.
I had tried to sort this out, but was never able to figure out where the “no index” tag was coming from. After explaining this to the RM support team, I got a reply which didn’t resolve my issue and was a generic answer. I then figured my issue wasn’t described well enough, so I took a screenshot of the error from GSC (used IMGUR to host the image) and expalined I still had the issue.

I was advised that bots were blocking Googles web crawlers on the pages that were’nt indexed and suggested to remove the blocks. I run cloudflare and logged in and turned off the bot security which resolved my issue.

After running all the pages through RM’s instant indexing plugin, all of the pages are now indexed.

So, my experience with support was great, the app works great, and the price is a good value for the premium subscription.
