Resizing browser breaks layout

    Hello everybody!

    I am a recent wordpress user that has built a site with the theme twentyeleven, at the moment it has been no major problem but I am finding an issue now when I reduce the size of the browser the content of the website also reduces squeezing all the content and ruining the layout, probably there is a css code that keeps the content stable and makes to appear the slides (botton and right), but I have been researching without any success.

    Do not edit the Twenty Eleven theme. It is the default WordPress theme and having access to an unedited version of the theme is vital when dealing with a range of site issues. Create a child theme for your changes. Once your child theme is active, we should be able to help with the customisation.

    Thanks for your reply esmi,

    I have been coding css in a child theme from the beginning to protect the original files, what I don’t understand is your suggestion about not editing twentyeleven theme, is this about to check if customisations work in other themes?.
    I’m sure that it should be a code for the browser size issue, which seems quite obvious but I’m expending too much time to find it out, as soon as I get the solution I will post it here, in the meantime……….
