Resize slider and mobile menu

Hey, sorry for my English.
I have problem with resize slider. Everything is OK on big screen of laptop. Then you make window smaller (<480px) and my slider content (social buttons) move to the top. It is not big problem. Big problem is coming when I resize window back: my first frontwidget goes upper. I think it is somewhere in optimizer.js… But i have never learn JS.
And the next problem: I don’t have menu, but I still have button for mobile menu. How can I delite?
