Can you please clarify what you’re changing there
At the bottom of the articles there are 4 images of previews, these are the images that I want to resize.

You can set the size of the thumbnails in the Thumbnail settings page. if you need to have them resize, you’ll need to install a plugin like OTF Regenerate Thumbnails
I want to resize only the images of related articles.

Am confused – you can resize the images by changing the Thumbnail settings in the tab.
