Resetting Two-Factor Authentication for WordPress Slack

    I require assistance to reset my two-factor authentication for slack.wordpress.org as I don’t have access to my backup codes. If somebody can get in touch with the Workspace Owner or Admin to help manually disable 2FA for my account that would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @danielhaim1,

    The site you marked in the “Site I need help with” field has instructions on how to reach them with the help email address listed (I won’t repeated it here due to scrapers).

    Hey @clorith, that didn’t work – the page leads to a get.slack.help page which discusses ‘Troubleshoot locked-out members’”

    If a member gets locked out, Workspace Owners and Admins can temporarily turn off 2FA for that person. On the next sign-in attempt, the member will be prompted to set up 2FA again.

    Please advise.

    Middle of the page at https://make.wordpress.org/chat/, while logged in, an email address is listed that you contact, there’s no links you click, literally an email address.
