Resetting 2FA after migration

I unfortunately missed the tip to deactivate the plugin before migrating to a different server. Now my 2FA is corrupted and doesn’t seem to work. I’ve tried uninstalling the plugin and re-installing but it seems to have the same 2FA settings / key as before.
What’s the best way to fully reset this plugin to set it up again for a new server environment?

One thing I’m running into is in the users list in the dashboard, lots of users are still showing as 2FA Status: Configured.
I tried to bulk revoke 2FA, but it doesn’t seem to change the 2FA Status field in the user account display at /wp-admin/users.php
