    Hello, everyone.

First, thanks a lot for such a great plugin for the community.

We are using TML in a client’s website and somehow, our Reset Password function is not working. I have spent at least 2 hours trying to figure out the issue, with no success.

We have all the standard generated files in place, as checked directly in our wp_posts database.

The issue happens when I click in the Reset Password link received via email after using the Lost Password page.

    The link follows this pattern:

    /resetpass/?key=AL1WvkxtpKPEyd0k0Zle&login=USERNAME

When I land into the page, the actual URL goes up to the /resetpass, not showing the key and login username anymore.

Anyway, the page title is named “Reset Password”. The problem is this page is currently displaying the LOGIN FORM instead of the RESET PASSWORD form!

I already tried several approaches to fix this issue, with no success and we are receiving several complaints of clients trying to renew their passwords, with no success.

I have tried to re-generate all pages by downgrading the plugin’s version, with no success. I also tried to create new pages with a custom shortcode for the resetpass and the lostpassword actions, also w/o success.

Does anyone have any idea of how I should approach this?

    Thank you!

Please look in the forms at the password reset issues. It is most likely due to caching by your host.
