    When a user clicks lost password, they are able to enter their email and receive an email to reset that password. They have to “click here” in the email to reset their password. However, for some users, that link sends that user immediately back to the lost password screen (linked above) rather than to another screen to actually reset the password.
    Note: This has worked for some users, but has not worked for other users.

    Hi @evdevarap,

    Thanks for writing in. The reset link normally redirects users to the password reset form. If some users are being redirected back to the “Lost Password” page instead, it’s often due to caching or a conflict with another plugin/theme on the site.

    Could you please check the following?

    • Clear any site/server/browser cache and test again.
    • Temporarily disable other plugins or switch to a default theme to rule out conflicts.

    If the issue still persists, kindly let us know the exact steps or a test account so we can look into it further.

    Hi, I am exploring same issue. The lost pasasword url is linked to /my-account/ – instead of /lost-password/

    Is it possible to change somehow?
